115學年度徵聘「教學型專任(專案)外籍教師」

國立宜蘭大學外國語文學系徵聘「教學型專任(案)外籍教師」公告

一、徵聘職級：教學型專任(案)講師（含）以上外籍教師乙名。

二、資格條件：

（一）以英語為母語之外籍教師，具中文溝通能力者尤佳。

（二）獲國內外大學語言學、英語教學或翻譯相關領域之碩士學位。

（三）須能擔任ESP/EAP課程規劃、設計及教學者，具ESL/EFL豐富教學經驗者尤佳。

三、工作內容：

（一）每週授課時間以16小時為原則。

（二）規劃與進行英語課程教學及課程活動等相關事宜。

（三）執行或協助各項本校教學與研究計畫案。

四、應徵資料：

(一)必繳資料

1.簡歷(含個人履歷、著作目錄、研究方向、可教授課程與中英文課程綱要說明，並請依上述資格條件具體列述個人符合之相關經驗)。

2.護照影本。

3.學歷證件影本。

4.重要著作影本（抽印本）或已出版具公信力資料庫論文(請加註第一作者或通訊作者)。

5.推薦函二封。

6.擬任（現職）人員在中國大陸設有戶籍、領用中國大陸護照、身分證、定居證或居住證情形具結書。

(二)選繳資料（無則免附）

1.教師證書影本。

2.現職聘書影本。

3.曾執行過計畫(例：國科會等)或產學合作相關文件。

4.其他有利評審文件。

七、備註：

(一)應徵經初審資格符合者，由用人單位通知到校參加面試及英語試教；若應徵者未具有大專合格教師證書，經初審、面試通過，並經外審通過後，方得提報本校教師評審委員會，經錄取者專函通知。

(二)資料不齊者或資格不符者，不予受理(書面資料不退還)。

(三) 新進教師獎勵措施：新進教師每學期得申請減授鐘點3小時，到校三年內獲政府機構研究型計畫補助者，每案最高額外補助50%經費。

(四)專案教師係依本校進用專案教學人員及研究人員實施要點進用，專案   教師之契約配合學年制，專案聘期至多三年，並依規定參加勞保。

(五)本案為利多元選才，增列徵聘專案教師資格條件，俾利彈性運用。

I. Position

The Department of Foreign Languages and Literature, National Ilan University, invites applications for one (1) teaching-oriented full-time tenure-tracked (or project-based) foreign faculty position at the rank of Lecturer or above.

II. Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  1. Native speaker of English. Applicants with Chinese communication ability are preferred.
  2. A master’s degree or above from a domestic or overseas university in Linguistics, English Language Teaching, Translation, or a related field.
  3. Demonstrated ability to plan, design, and teach ESP/EAP courses. Applicants with substantial ESL/EFL teaching experience are preferred.

III. Duties and Responsibilities

  1. The standard teaching load shall be 16 hours per week.
  2. Planning, delivering, and assessing English courses and related instructional activities.
  3. Executing or assisting in teaching- and research-related projects of the University.

IV. Application Documents

(A) Required Documents

  1. Curriculum Vitae, including personal information, list of publications, research interests, courses the applicant is able to teach, and course syllabi in both Chinese and English. Applicants shall clearly indicate how their qualifications and experience meet the stated requirements.
  2. Copy of passport.
  3. Copy of academic degree certificates.
  4. Copies of representative publications (offprints) or articles published in recognized academic databases (please indicate first or corresponding authorship).
  5. Two (2) letters of recommendation.
  6. Affidavit regarding whether the appointee (or incumbent personnel) has household registration in Mainland China or holds a Mainland China passport, identity card, permanent residence certificate, or residence permit.

(B) Optional Documents (if applicable)

  1. Copy of teacher certification.
  2. Copy of current appointment letter.
  3. Documentation of research projects (e.g., NSTC) or industry–academia collaboration projects previously undertaken.
  4. Any other materials deemed beneficial to the review process.

VI. Anticipated Starting Date

VII. Remarks

  1. Applicants who pass the initial document screening shall be notified to attend an interview and English teaching demonstration. Applicants without a qualified tertiary-level teacher certificate must pass the document screening, interview, and external review before submission to the University Faculty Evaluation Committee. Successful candidates shall be notified by official letter.
  2. Applications with incomplete documentation or failure to meet the required qualifications shall not be considered. Submitted materials will not be returned.
  3. New Faculty Incentive Measures: Newly appointed faculty may apply for a reduction of three (3) teaching hours per semester. Faculty who obtain government-funded research project grants within three years of appointment may receive an additional subsidy of up to 50% per project, subject to relevant regulations.
  4. Project-based faculty appointments are made in accordance with the National Ilan University Regulations Governing the Appointment of Project-Based Teaching and Research Personnel. Appointments are on an academic-year basis, with a maximum appointment period of three years, and include participation in Labor Insurance in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  5. To facilitate diverse and flexible recruitment, additional eligibility criteria for project-based faculty have been adopted.
